Strength Based Organization

In late 2007 Southwest Products became a strength based organization by employing the use of Strengths Finder 2.0 to discover the natural talents of all our team members. By utilizing this tool we have provided opportunities for our team members to develop their strengths and do what they do best every day. Using each individual's results, we have developed complimentary teams to work through projects and develop strategies to further the success of our company. We have seen tremendous success with this program in these few short years and are sure that this is just the beginning!
